Daman hosts third edition of Emirati Majlis to strengthen future leadership and cybersecurity readiness

Abu Dhabi(News Desk):: – The National Insurance Company – Daman, part of PureHealth, the largest healthcare group in the Middle East, hosted the third edition of the Daman Emirati Majlis, held at Al Qurm Majlis, part of Majalis Abu Dhabi at the Citizens and Community Affairs Office of the Presidential Court, and attended by Emirati employees from across the company. The event reflects Damans ongoing commitment to investing in Emirati talent, strengthening their professional and leadership capabilities, and providing opportunities for them to contribute to the company’s growth and the future of the insurance sector.
This year’s Majlis focused on cybersecurity, leadership, and future readiness amid accelerating digital transformation. The session featured H.E. Dr. Mohamed Hamad Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity for the UAE Government, who shared insights and expertise with participants on strengthening cybersecurity readiness, building resilient leadership, and the need to continuously develop skills and knowledge to keep pace with future developments.
