Reportage Group Launches Verso and Époque in Meydan Horizon, Introducing 234 Dubai Residences
Dubai(Web Desk):: Reportage Group has announced its debut in Meydan Horizon with the launch of Verso and Époque, two residential developments offering a combined 234 homes and distinct approaches to contemporary living.
The launch marks a strategic expansion of Reportage’s presence in Dubai, in a destination shaped by waterfront landscapes, green spaces and connectivity to key parts of the city.
Reportage Group Managing Director Andrea Nucera said the Meydan Horizon debut represents an important step in the company’s Dubai expansion, highlighting the area’s potential as a destination combining connectivity, green spaces and waterfront living.
Verso comprises 174 residences on a 2,487-square-metre plot, including 113 one-bedroom, 59 two-bedroom and two four-bedroom residences. The development is designed around the concept “The Other Side,” balancing an active urban lifestyle with opportunities for relaxation and privacy.
Its amenities include a padel court, gymnasium, large swimming pool, yoga area, landscaped spaces, shaded seating, children’s play areas, splash pad and children’s pool. The development also includes retail facilities and 192 private parking spaces.
Époque, meanwhile, comprises 60 residences on a 1,732-square-metre plot, including 15 one-bedroom and 45 two-bedroom apartments. Inspired by its “Remain Classic” philosophy, the development focuses on refined architecture, understated elegance and timeless design.
Residents will have access to a lounge, swimming pool, gymnasium, landscaped areas, shaded seating, a promenade and lagoon views. Family facilities include a children’s pool, splash pad and play areas, while retail facilities and 67 private parking spaces provide additional convenience.
Both developments benefit from Meydan Horizon’s wider community amenities, including crystal lagoons, a canal, boardwalk and central park.
According to Reportage, Verso and Époque are approximately 10 minutes by car from Dubai Design District and Dubai Creek Harbour, and around 15 minutes from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. Nearby schools and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary further add to the area’s combination of urban accessibility and natural surroundings.
