DUBAI(News Desk):: FAC Marketing Management, a Dubai-based communications consultancy, is celebrating its contribution to two internationally award-winning public relations campaigns delivered in collaboration with NettResults, a global technology communications agency specializing in the Middle East.

The campaigns, developed for enterprise technology company EDB and AI technology brand PLAUD, received gold and silver recognition respectively at the 2026 Public Relations Global Network (PRGN) Best PracticeAwards, held in New York City.

The awards recognize outstanding communications work from independent agencies around the world, with entries evaluated by experienced international public relations professionals.

NettResults received the Gold Award for B2B Communications for its EDB campaign, “From Zero Presence to Permanent Presence: How EDB Made Complexity Matter,” and the Silver Award for Product or Service Launches for “The Product Was the Pitch: How PLAUD Broke Through at GITEX.”

FAC Marketing Management supported both campaigns, contributing local market knowledge, Arabic-language media relations expertise and established regional media relationships to help translate international communications objectives into effective engagement with Middle Eastern audiences.

The Value of Local Expertise in International Campaigns

As international technology companies increasingly look to the Middle East for growth, successful communications require more than translating global messaging. Understanding local media expectations, cultural nuances and regional business priorities is essential to building credibility and securing meaningful engagement.

The collaboration between NettResults and FAC Marketing Management brought together international technology communications strategy and specialist regional media expertise.

Faten Abdulla, Founder of FAC Marketing Management, commented:“These awards are a wonderful recognition of what can be achieved when international strategy is supported by genuine local market understanding.

“Arabic-language media relations is about much more than language. It requires trusted relationships, cultural awareness and an understanding of what matters to journalists and audiences across the region.

“We’re proud to have contributed to both campaigns and to see the work recognized by communications professionals from around the world. It’s particularly rewarding to demonstrate the important role local expertise plays in helping international technology companies build their presence in the Middle East.”

International Recognition for Collaborative Excellence The two campaigns illustrate different communications challenges facing international technology companies entering or expanding across the region.

For EDB, the focus was on building regional awareness and credibility around complex enterprise technology, helping establish the company’s position in an increasingly competitive market.

For PLAUD, the challenge was introducing an emerging AI technology brand to Middle Eastern audiences, using GITEX as a platform to generate visibility, media engagement and market interest.

Both campaigns required international strategic direction combined with an understanding of the regional media environment.

Nick Leighton, Founder and CEO of NettResults, said:“Great international campaigns are built on strong strategy and exceptional local execution. Faten and the FAC team brought valuable regional insight, Arabic-language media expertise and established relationships that helped bring both campaigns to life.

“These awards are particularly meaningful because they are judged by experienced communications professionals from around the world. We’re delighted that the work has received international recognition, and equally pleased to acknowledge the contribution of the specialist partners who helped make it successful.

“Faten’s expertise is a great example of why having the right people on the ground makes such a difference when international technology companies enter the Middle East.”

The recognition reinforces the importance of collaboration between international communications agencies and specialist local partners in delivering campaigns that connect global business objectives with regional audiences.

For FAC Marketing Management, the awards provide an opportunity to highlight the contribution of locally based communications professionals to campaigns recognized on the international stage.-ENDS-
