Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority welcomes students by promoting a culture of safety.
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority’s Safety Patrol participated in welcoming school students, by promoting a culture of public safety and distributing gifts and UAE flags, as part of the “Proud of the Emirates” initiative that promotes the values of belonging and social responsibility.
The awareness program targeted students, educational staff, and school bus drivers, and included a series of interactive lectures and practical workshops, presented in simplified ways suitable for different age groups.
The activities focused on introducing students to the basics of safety inside the school and the bus, as well as training them on how to act properly in emergency situations, such as fires and safe evacuation.
The Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority stressed the importance of cooperation between various stakeholders and parents to promote a safe and sustainable learning environment.
