RAS AL KHAIMAH / DUBAI (News Desk):: UAE-based luxury real estate developer Richmind has reached a major construction milestone at Oystra, its landmark waterfront development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with the completion of shoring works as construction continues to progress.
The milestone comes alongside the opening of Richmind’s new luxury Experience Centre in Jumeirah 3, Dubai, designed by internationally renowned architecture and design firm Gensler. Together, the developments mark a new phase for Oystra, bringing its architectural vision closer to reality while providing prospective residents, investors and partners with a dedicated space to experience the project.
Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, Oystra is moving from conceptual design into tangible construction. The completion of shoring works represents an important stage in the project’s construction programme, preparing the site for subsequent development activities and providing visible evidence of continued progress.
Construction at Oystra has maintained steady momentum in recent months, reflecting Richmind’s focus on execution, quality and delivery timelines.

Immersive Experience Centre Opens in Jumeirah
At the same time, Richmind has expanded its presence in Dubai with the opening of its new Experience Centre at Building 822, Jumeirah 3.
Developed over 18 months and designed by Gensler, the centre has been created as an immersive destination rather than a conventional property sales office. Visitors can explore Oystra’s architectural identity, material palette, interior finishes and waterfront lifestyle through a more experiential and personalised environment.
The centre also provides prospective residents, investors and business partners with access to personalised consultations and direct engagement with Richmind’s team.

Zaha Hadid Architects’ Vision Takes Shape on Al Marjan Island
Oystra brings the distinctive architectural language of Zaha Hadid Architects to the evolving waterfront of Al Marjan Island.
The development features sculptural forms inspired by the sea and sky and has been conceived around an elevated residential experience, with dedicated spaces for leisure, wellness and waterfront living.
Dewan Architects + Engineers is serving as the lead design consultant, translating the architectural concept into a coordinated and technically robust design. HBA is responsible for the interior design, while Cracknell is leading the landscape design.
The project comes as Ras Al Khaimah continues to strengthen its position as an emerging destination for luxury residential investment and premium waterfront living in the UAE.
