AbuDhabi(News Desk)::His Excellency Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zeitoun Al Muhairi, Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, reviewed the advanced practices and technologies of the Abu Dhabi Police Aviation Department. This comes as part of His Excellency’s commitment to monitoring the progress of work across various sectors and departments, assessing employee performance, and discussing meaningful proposals that enhance initiatives and plans for future improvement and development.

His Excellency discussed pioneering initiatives with Brigadier Pilot Saeed Salem Al Marar, Director of the Abu Dhabi Police Aviation Department, and senior officers, and was briefed on current development efforts, strategic projects, and their progress.

His Excellency listened to an explanation of the new helicopters, which feature advanced thermal imaging systems and transmit images from the event site to the main operations room (the Command and Control Center) at the Abu Dhabi Police Operations Department. He was also briefed on their most prominent tasks, such as securing events, parades, and roads, transporting police forces, and training special forces in police operations and missions.

His Excellency affirmed the Abu Dhabi Police’s commitment to providing support to its professional police personnel and keeping pace with global developments in the areas of police and security work, ensuring full readiness to achieve its vision of sustainable security and safety. He directed the concerted efforts of security personnel to achieve the directives of the wise leadership and the objectives of the strategic plan, and to support current efforts in cooperation with strategic partners.
