Dubai(News Desk)::: Registration is now open for the sixth edition of the Dubai Cycling Challenge presented by DP World, scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Participants of all ages and abilities will have the unique opportunity to ride their bikes through Dubai’s most famous landmarks. Registration is open through www.dubairide.com .
The Dubai Cycling Challenge is the largest community event of its kind in the region and one of the key highlights of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, bringing together thousands of participants of all ages and fitness levels in a vibrant, festive atmosphere along routes that take in iconic landmarks such as the Museum of the Future, the Dubai Water Canal, and the Burj Khalifa. This year’s event takes on special significance as it coincides with the UAE’s Year of the Community, serving as a platform to foster community cohesion and encourage healthy lifestyles by achieving the 30×30 goals, to which more than 37,000 participants committed in the previous edition.

The event offers participants the opportunity to seek their own challenge across two main routes: the first, a 12-kilometre route on Sheikh Zayed Road for cycling enthusiasts, and the second, a 4-kilometre family route in downtown Dubai, with designated starting points for people of determination using bicycles adapted to their needs.
This year’s edition will see the return of the Speed Rides Challenge, offering professional cyclists a unique opportunity to test their abilities on a 12km course on Sheikh Zayed Road. Participation requires maintaining a speed of at least 30km/h using dedicated racing bikes. Registration for the event will open on October 6.
Those wishing to participate in the Dubai Cycling Challenge and the Speed Rides Challenge can register online at www.dubairide.com . They will be able to receive their participation numbers from October 29 to November 1 at the Dubai Municipality 30×30 Fitness Village in Zabeel Park, which will be the main hub for all running and cycling activities associated with the event.
The Dubai Cycling Challenge is organized by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council, with support from DP World as the main partner, and with the participation of a group of strategic partners, including: Commercial Bank of Dubai, Decathlon, the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, Huawei, Mai Dubai, Talabat, and The Ultimate Human Health Clinic.
