AbuDhabi(News Desk):: Reportage Group and Sabah Investment Group have showcased four real estate projects within Sea Breeze, an integrated residential and resort destination on the Caspian Sea coast near Baku, Azerbaijan, as Reportage Group continues to expand its international presence.
The event brought together sales teams, media representatives and guests to highlight Azerbaijan’s growing role in Reportage Group’s international expansion strategy and explore investment opportunities across the Sea Breeze development.
The four featured projects — Reportage Heights, Panorama by ELIE SAAB, Arabian Ranches Baku and BRABUS Island Baku — offer a range of residential concepts designed to meet different buyer preferences and lifestyle requirements.
Reportage Heights features contemporary waterfront apartments with panoramic sea views, spacious terraces and leisure facilities. Panorama by ELIE SAAB offers branded residences with interiors designed by ELIE SAAB Maison, reflecting the fashion house’s distinctive design identity.
Arabian Ranches Baku draws inspiration from Eastern architecture, offering apartments and townhouses designed around family living and resort-style amenities. BRABUS Island Baku, meanwhile, brings the German luxury brand’s distinctive design approach to the Caspian coast through a collection of waterfront residences and villas.

Located approximately 30 minutes from central Baku, Sea Breeze spans around 500 hectares along the Caspian Sea coast. The development includes more than three million square metres of completed residential and commercial space and is home to over 20,000 residents.
Founded by businessman Emin Agalarov, Sea Breeze is being developed as an integrated community combining residential properties, tourism accommodation, commercial facilities and leisure attractions. Its master plan, designed by British architectural and design firm Scott Brownrigg, covers an 18-kilometre coastal stretch, with all development phases targeted for completion by 2035.
