Dubai, UAE, July 2025: Dubai Summer Restaurant Week is back from July 4 to 13, and there’s no better way to explore the city’s culinary scene! Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is joining in with exclusive and limited-time menus across its restaurants that are just too good to miss.
CLAW BBQ
Description: Get ready for a taste of the USA at the all-American bar CLAW BBQ on the Palm! With a stellar lineup of comfort food, wild entertainment and games, and live matches, y’all are in for a treat. For lunch, they’ll be serving crowd-pleasers like the Bang Bang Shrimp and Jalapeño Poppers to start, followed by hearty mains like marinated Chicken Fajitas and a smoky BBQ Rack of Ribs. Dinner kicks off with starters like Southwest Salad and Boneless Chicken Strips, followed by mains including Roasted Veggie Fajitas, the CLAW Classic Burger with Fries, and Charcoal-Grilled Chicken Breasts. Both menus end on a sweet note with dessert, plus a bottle of water is included.

JONES THE GROCER
Description: At Jones the Grocer at The Palm, there’s something for everyone this Summer Restaurant Week: Aussie but globally inspired dishes, starters and desserts aplenty, beachside dining, and stunning views of the JBR and Marina skyline. Guests can choose between a 2-course or 3-course set menu for both lunch and dinner, with generous choices for every mood.
Lunch mains include grilled steak salad, prawn rosé rigatoni, chicken parmigiana, roast chicken avo sandwich, and more. Dinner features dishes like grilled Atlantic salmon, smoked duck and date salad, and chargrilled harissa chicken.
