GAZA LIVE: UN General Assembly to vote on resolution demanding immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire

The General Assembly is in emergency session in New York and due to vote soon on a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire and release of all hostages. Assembly president Philémon Yang said with the Security Council paralysed, it was time for UN Member States to act and end the horrors in Gaza.
