Al Masaood Announces Corporate Transformation, Appoints Irfan Tansel as Interim Group Managing Director.
Abu Dhabi(News Desk):: Al Masaood Group has announced a significant step in its corporate evolution with the transition of its business to a Private Joint Stock Company structure and the appointment of Irfan Tansel as Interim Group Managing Director.
The move is intended to strengthen corporate governance, enhance transparency and establish a future-ready organisational structure to support the Group’s long-term growth across its diversified business portfolio.In his new role, Tansel will oversee Al Masaood’s strategic direction, operational performance and financial delivery. He will also represent the Group in engagements with government entities, financial institutions, business partners and other stakeholders.
Tansel brings more than 40 years of leadership experience and will assume the interim position alongside his existing role as Chief Executive Officer of Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorised dealer of Nissan, INFINITI and Renault in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Al Dhafra Region.
Under his leadership, Al Masaood Automobiles has achieved strong performance across sales, aftersales and customer experience, while advancing business excellence, innovation and customer-centric operations.
Khalifa Al Masaood, Chairman of the Shareholders’ Supervisory Board, said the leadership transition comes at an important stage in the Group’s continued development. He expressed confidence in Tansel’s experience and proven ability to deliver results and guide the Group through its next phase of growth.
