DUBAI(News Desk):: Casa Vista Development has announced that 40% of the residences at AQUORA, its AED 350 million luxury waterfront residential project on Dubai Islands, have been sold ahead of the development’s exclusive unveiling scheduled for October 28, 2026, at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.
The event will welcome distinguished guests, investors, strategic partners and media representatives for an evening inspired by the elegance, movement and tranquillity of water. The milestone reflects early buyer interest in the project and marks an important step in Casa Vista Development’s expanding presence in the UAE real estate market.
Inspired by the philosophy “Form Follows Flow,” AQUORA translates the natural rhythm of water into flowing architectural forms, light-filled interiors and thoughtfully designed lifestyle spaces. The development aims to combine contemporary design, comfort and privacy with the distinctive character of its waterfront location.
