King Charles has been living as one with nature but it all started after his trip to the Canadian artic, for a visit to the Frobisher elementary school, back in 1975.
According to the Royal Familyâs own Instagram post, there the then-Prince of Wales was âambushed to try a unique indigenous delicacy â high in nutrients but an acquired taste!â
What is pertinent to mention about this trip is that multiple decades later naturalist Steve Backshallâs is taking a trip down memory lane and recounting His Majestyâs own trip down there, in a ITVXofficial show called Royal Arctic Challenge.
Regarding time there, the video also shows the King of England get candid and say, âIt was amazing in those days because it was stillâthank God I saw as it should be, really.â
âI learnt a great deal from going there,â he also added in the clip before the interviewer showed him an unearthed archived clip about a âparticular local practiceâ as they called it. The practice being a little girlâs ambush where he was offered something he couldnât turn down eatingâ the item in question was raw seal liver.
