Abu Dhabi Civil Defense Authority launches a plan review service via video conferencing.
AbuDhabi(News Desk)::The Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority has launched a video call service as a digital solution that facilitates communication between customers and service center employees without the need to visit branches.
The service enables customers and consulting firms to review plans and receive direct consultations and support via video conferencing with the Authority’s engineers. This can be done by submitting a request via email or the Abu Dhabi Building Permits System. This provides a flexible, interactive experience and facilitates the completion of procedures.
The Authority explained that the service contributes to accelerating the approval of plans by providing customers with the necessary technical information and understanding of the required requirements, thus enhancing customer satisfaction.
This step comes as part of the Abu Dhabi Effortless Customer Experience Program, a pioneering model for improving customer experience according to the best international standards, and in line with the Authority’s efforts to enhance community happiness and support the Abu Dhabi government’s development goals.
