The newly introduced space, set directly on the soft sands of Dubai’s coastline, seamlessly blends Summersalt’s signature boho-chic aesthetic with a relaxed beachside charm. Guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab and the shimmering Arabian Gulf, creating a truly memorable dining experience from day to night.

The restaurant has also introduced a range of new dishes to its menu, crafted by Chef Hernan Garcia. Guests can savour refreshing salads such as the mango salad with goat cheese and hibiscus dressing or indulge in mains like the wagyu beef short rib with coriander sauce and sweet potato purée. For seafood lovers, highlights include the mix seafood platter, the tiradito de salmón curado, and the tiradito de atún featuring bluefin tuna with acevichada sauce, quinoa and a signature dish from the new menu. These new additions, alongside Summersalt’s signature favourites, celebrate bold flavours and fresh, seasonal ingredients.

For those enjoying the beach and poolside experience, Summersalt offers a dedicated menu featuring light bites and refreshing options. Highlights include the lobster roll with spicy mayo and coriander, the crispy calamari with chilli morita emulsion, and the signature Summersalt Ceviche.
